Return Policy

We at JamieRocks & Co hope that you willl be totally satisfied with your order and will not need to make a return. However, we know that things happen and it is sometimes necessary.  We asked that you notify us and get a preauthorization, return number and ask that you review the return policy before you make your order. 

1. Pre-authorization is required for all items to be returned.
2. Returns are not accepted after 7 days upon receipt of goods.
3. A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returned goods.
4. Claims for any damaged items must be made within 3 days upon receipt of merchandise. 
5. All items returned for credit must be in original packaging with all parts included.
6. Unauthorized returns are not eligible for credits or exchanges.
7. Any other concerns not covered by this policy can be addressed to our Customer Service Department at 904-894-1717. 

*Customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways under all circumstances. However, if we are replacing defective items, shipping is FREE for domestic orders.

*No exchanges. Defective merchandise returned properly will be replaced for the same item. If the item is no longer available, a credit will be given for the amount in question as soon as we have received and checked the defective item.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDER POLICY: 

Please check any restrictions, duties, taxes and any other fees which are collected from your country before you place your order. JamieRocks & Co is not responsible for any of the above duties and fees.

If the order arrives at your country and any of the following occur:

• The customer refuses to accept the package. 
• No attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package. 

JamieRocks & Co reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and is not responsible for any refund.

 

*ORDER CANCELLATION:

You may cancel your order as long as it is still in process. Once your order has been shipped, you cannot cancel your order.
