HOW CAN I CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE?

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

 

JamieRocks & Co accepts MasterCard, Visa, and Discover Card. We also accept American Express.  We do not accept cash, checks or cash-on-delivery (C.O.D.). 

 

 

WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT TO SEE MY REFUND?

 

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund claim.

If your refund claim is approved, then a credit will be applied to your credit card or your original method of payment within a reasonable time.

  

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY ORDER TO SHIP?

 

This timing depends on the availability of your item. If the item is needed by a specific date, be sure to confirm the shipping time with us before purchasing.

 

 

IT LOOKS LIKE YOU CHARGED ME MULTIPLE TIMES.  HELP!

 

Unless you received an order confirmation, we did not charge your card. If your credit card was declined, you may see pending transactions for each attempt to submit payment. The pending transaction will clear within 3-5 business days depending on your bank, and will never turn into a charge. You will always get an e-mail confirmation when an order is successfully placed on our site. Please check your billing address before submitting the order again.
